![]() ![]() They also utilize start menu integration. I have a lab of 50 stations, and they have Citrix Receiver for Enterprise (ver3.4 ?) and they have never had this issue. And launching apps that way doesn't appear to be affected. When this issue happens with the Receiver, I still have the ability to launch a browser, enter my virtual site and launch apps. Now, I can still access Citrix through a web browser on the same machine. (I have attached a small video showing the problem) and when this happens I have no ability to launch an app directly through the Receiver. When I attempt to use the Citrix Receiver directly, I can open it, click on the app I need and it launches.īut throughout the day, I will randomly get this error "refresh failed", "cannot get your apps from the store" or "could not start app". At first I thought it was just me on my computer, but I'm seeing it in more places. I'm seeing an issue with Receiver connecting to the store on a handful of Windows desktops.
